HR Leadership Forums

Leapfrog facilitates several Human Resources leadership forums that share a common purpose.  The groups provide innovative and valuable content and opportunities for HR leaders to develop meaningful peer relationships.  Each of the groups meets on a quarterly basis.

The Strategic HR Forum is comprised of the Chief HR Officers (CHRO’s) from mid-sized and large DFW – based organizations.   

The Talent Forum includes the leaders of the talent acquisition and / or talent development functions for their organizations. 

The Compensation & Benefits Forum is attended by the leaders of the compensation & / or benefits functions for their organizations.

Format:

There is a speaker and a sponsor for each meeting.  Speakers are thought leaders who share their topical mastery through +/- fifteen (15) minutes of content delivery, leading into Q&A.  Sponsors are carefully selected.  They receive pre and post event PR, two dinner attendees, and the opportunity to distribute marketing materials and interact w/ the forum membership during the meeting.

Dinner is included for all participants.  There is no cost to participate as a forum member.  Members commit to attend a minimum of one-half (1/2) of the meetings annually.  Meetings are calendared one year in advance.

The forums take place at LAWRYS, The Prime Rib, beginning at 6:00pm on Monday evenings.  The address is 14655 Dallas Parkway | Dallas, TX
